Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sale events or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping: All orders above ₹1000 qualify for free standard shipping across India.

We provide tracking information for all orders so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

How to Track Your Order:

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  2. Click on the tracking link in the email or copy the tracking number.
  3. Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking number.

If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

6. Delivery Areas

We deliver to almost all pin codes across India. During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your area by entering your pin code.

Note: Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or longer delivery timeframes.

If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified during the checkout process. In such cases, you may provide an alternative delivery address or contact our customer support for assistance.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Zoi Care primarily focuses on serving customers within India. However, we do offer limited international shipping to select countries.

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, we do offer express shipping options that can deliver your order faster than standard shipping. Express shipping typically takes 2-3 business days after processing for metro cities. This option can be selected during checkout for an additional fee.

What happens if I'm not available to receive my package?

If you're not available to receive your package, the delivery carrier will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. After unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be held at the local carrier facility for pickup, or it may be returned to us. You can use the tracking information to coordinate with the carrier for redelivery or pickup options.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across India. You can select this payment option during checkout if it's available for your delivery address. Please note that there may be a small additional charge for COD orders, and this option may not be available for orders above a certain value or during promotional periods.

How are products packaged for shipping?

We take great care in packaging your skincare products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products are securely wrapped in protective materials and placed in sturdy boxes with appropriate cushioning. For liquid products, we use additional sealing to prevent leakage. Our packaging is designed to protect your products from damage during transit while being environmentally conscious.
