7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Products must be unused and sealed
- Products must not be damaged
- All product labels must be intact
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions if your return is approved.
Package Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the RA number. Make sure the product is unused and in the same condition you received it.
Ship Your Return
Ship your return to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refund Options
We offer the following refund options:
- Full refund to original payment method: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
- Store credit: Receive store credit for future purchases (with an additional 5% bonus value)
- Product exchange: Exchange for another product of equal or lesser value
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or their seals broken
- Products that show signs of damage due to misuse
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
For damaged or defective items, we may request photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us improve our shipping and handling procedures.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). In case of our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
